Help understanding D&C pathology

I had mc & D&C 3 weeks ago I was 14 weeks. I received my results online , I tried to contact my doctor as I do not have an appointment until the end of April. I’m just desperate for some answers as to why I lost my baby . Hopefully you ladies have some insight

Immature chronic villi, inflamed and focally necrotic Decidua and gestational endometrium, exaggerated implantation sight
