Hi ladies,

So I’ve been terrified that i would be having an ectopic pregnancy due to some cramping. I’ve had 4 ultrasounds since last Wednesday. Today was the first time we saw something and it was in my uterus! They measured me at 4 weeks 6 days (maybe 5) which is about right. Although they saw what seems to be the gestational sac they still couldn’t rule out ectopic till they see the yolk. They were worried about my HCG levels

3/20 HCG - 97 (3 days after faint positive)

3/22 - 145

3/25 - 345

3/27 - 900 (taken today which they were really happy about)

I’m confused because i thought you wouldn’t see a sac until your levels were at least 1500. Has anybody else see the sac before they reached 1500? Could it be something else?
