Hi. My period is a week late and is always extremely regular. Have never missed one. Home pregnancy tests saying not pregnant. I have a copper coil IUD but it has moved around in the past (scan showed this but doc said would still do job). I suffer from pmdd so the week before my period is always really stressful but it still arrives. If tests negative a week after missed period am I most likely definitely not pregnant? Waiting to get bloods done
