I did something I regret

So I did something I probably shouldn’t have done, I logged into my bf Instagram account without him knowing and read his dms, I found this. I have seen his call logs and who he FaceTimes and I have see this girls name on there. Should I be worried or is it just guy talk? Please help!!!
