My girl will be six months on the 8th. Ever since she was six weeks old she was sleeping through the night. Now the last few weeks she will wake up crying as if she’s dreaming but then the crying will slowly fade to a whine and she’ll go back to sleep. Less than a minute I would say. Now these last few nights have been exhausting. She’s waking up 4-8 times a night. She has already cut a tooth. And now she’s stuffy with a tiny cough. Last night was the worst yet. She probably stayed on my chest for a good portion of the night and when I laid her back down I wouldn’t even get 20 mins of shut eye before she was back at it again. Last night was night three and I am beyond exhausted and not sure how I will function today on top of caring for my three year old. Is this the 6 month sleep regression? Is this what I get for my baby missing the 4 month sleep regression?!
