My boyfriend is training me.
Ok so for the past few years I’ve struggled badly with my weight. Eating disorders developed, and my relationship with food was horrible. I got into a long toxic abusive relationship and gained 45 pounds in less than a year! I’m in a new healthy relationship now and my boyfriend is working on becoming a personal trainer and i thought it’d be a good idea for him to train me, I’d be his lil “hey i know what the f*** I’m doing” testimonial. Except he knows what he’s doing and I’m having a hard time following his meal plan & workout plan. I started at 215 and I’m down to 185 now but i know i could be doing better i just have a hard time motivating myself... send help n motivation.
