Spotting at six weeks?

Got home from work and realized I'm spotting. It's pink. I'm waiting on a call back from my doctor but I'm freaking out.

Update: went to the ER and everything is fine baby is measuring at 5weeks 5 days And levels are normal.

I've had similar thing happen to me, found I was spotting at work, by the time I got home it had stopped. I'm not going to stress to much over it.

I'm in the same boat (6 weeks, spotting brown). I had the same thing happen a week ago, but it stopped and everything seemed fine (took a bunch of pregnancy tests, all strongly positive!). I hoping that'll happen again, but if it keeps going, I'll call my doctor in the morning... I definitely appreciate hearing that I'm not alone and it can be just fine!

I spotted with my 2 youngest till I was 19 weeks don't stress to much hopefully everything is OK
