can i eat a chikfila chicken biscuit with no sauce before my 1 hour test ??! It’s at 10 AM and i’d eat around 8. my office said not to fast

2 hour test you'll have to fast but if it's only the 1hr testing no fasting is needed and can eat or drink when ever

Unless told otherwise you can eat how you normally would. I ate waffles and had a glass of orange juice before my one hour test and passed. They want your results to be as accurate as possible.
