Video Games
I’m just wondering what your views are on grown men playing video games? Where I grew up, I never remember video games being a huge deal to the guys. I moved up to New York several years ago, where I met my now husband. But I noticed up here, that a ton of guys (at least the ones I know) play video games A LOT, including my husband. Anyway, it just seems excessive to me sometimes. My husband will come home from work and spend the rest of his evening playing because he says it’s how he winds down for the day. Which I understand. We all have things that help us relax and de-stress. But more often than not, I’ve found myself sitting at home feeling lonely because it feels like he’d rather play and talk to his friends (through the game) than sit and relax/talk with me... Is this normal or am I justified in feeling a little bothered by this?
