Success story!

Erin

Ladies.. you can do it!

I struggled with the decision for months. Repeat c section or vbac. It was a struggle because I had to travel 4 hours away and live at my aunt and uncles house for about one month in order to attempt a vbac. But we did it! It was not easy but it was so worth it! Successful Vbac at 40 weeks 2 days. Everything that happened during labor and delivery was exactly what I wanted! Except for the 3rd degree tear, but even that was worth it in the end, because it meant I had a natural birth! My son, Lucas Monroe, was born March 27th at 4:56 AM. My tips: hire a doula, find a provider and hospital that supports your wishes, and go with the flow. Respect your bodies process and trust that it will happen!
