Hey ladies! So every time I have sex it always seems uncomfortable. It feels like too much air is in my lower abdomen for some reason and it's just a bloated feeling. Is this normal? Any ways to resolve/avoid this from happening so I can better enjoy sex? Any advice, feedback, tips (really anything) will be greatly appreciated!
