4 month old fell out of swing

It is 6am here and I haven’t went to sleep I can’t even stop being upset with myself long enough to sleep. I left her for 1 second to grab my toddler and I think the blanket that had a silk side and a regular side I think it made her slip out of the swing she landed face first hit her head on the leg of the swing pretty bad. I run to her and it looks like a dent across her forehead but it went right away but it has a bruise and knot I rushed her to the hospital right then they said she is fine she isn’t showing any signs of a head injury. But I am a complete nervous wreck. I am so stupid trying to be too quick I always buckle her in but I didn’t this time and she wasn’t in there not even 1 minute before she fell out. And the window seal was right there too I am so glad she didn’t hit it. But I feel like a horrible mom. The guilt is terrible now I am sitting awake making sure she is still breathing every 5 seconds. 😭😭😭😭 my poor baby.
