Slightly panicking should I?

Hello I am supposed to get my period three days from now I wasn’t having any signs or feeling to coming like I typically do via MASSIVE painful cramping and bloating . I am so takeyas feel nauseous when I wake up and have a lot of acid build up in my stomach and throat via my gastritis also I’ve been bloated but that seems to be normal for me I didn’t have any cramps I got off of work and went to go take a shower I used the bathroom first and saw small traces of blood but it was on my underware nor did I feel it and it was red then I wiped again and now it’s like not there or it’s on and off. I have slight cramping now that I’ve seen the blood so 😭 I may be over thinking it but I was panicking and read google and it said it maybe implantation bleeding ??? And yes I had sex two weeks ago Hell it maybe just be an early period also? And I’m being paranoid any info ? Thanks
