Does this count as a transformation?
I actually haven’t been going gym ... mainly focused around a calorie deficit and just overall changing my diet. I still have a lot to improve on and maybe start doing weight lifting to tone my back area but I’m super glad it’s gotten rid of most fat there, and slimmed down my hips !
I will begin going gym soon though as I’m still quite embarrassed over my arms and wide back
Edit: decided to add the extra two new recent ones, I can definitely see a difference now! Especially the middle ones I am literally so shocked but it’s gonna push me more to my goal 🤗 (( I’m also gonna keep adding on to this of my improvements and when I start to go gym ))
