My 2.5 year old seems to have a random dry cough? He doesn’t have any other symptoms of a cold.. no runny nose no fever just coughs mostly at night when he’s sleeping. It’s a dry cough..he sneezes a few times during the day too.. He’s had this cough here and there for about almost a week now. Does anyone know what it could be? What can help relieve it or how long will it last??

I have a Dr appointment set for him for Monday but I’d like suggestions to help relieve it until then.. TIA!
