prescription for breastpump

my specific medicaid plan does not cover a breast pump! my doctor wrote me a prescription today but i already know my plan doesn’t cover it. should i try calling my parents insurance (i have 2, my dads and my step dads) to see if they will? or take the prescription to wic?? i’m not sure
