First relationship after divorce...

I got divorced September of 2017. I am now a couple months shy of 23 years old and I started my first relationship since my abusive husband. We started dating January. Things were great. He always surprised me with dates, flowers, support, we both are in school so we did a lot of study dates and library visits. It was really a breath of fresh air....until it wasn’t.

His ex girlfriend (who just had a baby in January, not his) sent me screenshots of him asking when she would be “cleared” so they can have sex and she said April 1st. He then proceeded to text her Monday asking her if she was “ready” and she said the doctors pushed the date back to April 18th.

I confronted him about it and what does he say?!

“iT wASs jUsT cOnVeRSaTiON, I wASnt gOiNG tO aCT ON iT”

Y’all I must look like boo boo the fucking fool to him. I am so annoyed, it took me almost two years after my divorce was finalized to date and this is what I get?! 🤦🏽‍♀️
