Recently I forgot to bring my birth control with me on a trip and I have not taken any for 3 days. I went on the trip on Wednesday and also didn’t take it that day and started cramping, on Thursday I started bleeding and had terrible cramps, and today it is really heavy with terrible cramps so I am positive missing my pills caused my period to start early. Is this normal?
