Do I still have a chance?

So I have been testing and getting vvvfl. Af due tomorrow, and the last three days have felt sick at my stomach and have had weird things happening like ringing in ears, gas, stinging nipples, and some small pains in right lower back and right front abdomen. I have felt bloated for the last week. Today when I wiped I just saw very light pink on the tissue. We have been TTC for a year now and I just felt different this month and thought this was it. Has anyone had these things happen and get a BFP or am I out? I hate this waiting and hoping every month. I just want it to be my turn already. Thank you in advance for any input or advice. 🙏
