So i am in grade 9 and i have know this guy since preschool. Over the years i have gotten to know him pretty well and same with him on his side. We talk alot now. So i have liked him for about 3 years now and one of my friends told him that i did. While they were saying this they asked if he would ever date me and he said No. My friends asked why and he said because of depressing reasons. They then asked what are the reasons. He would not answer them at all. Should i just give up or should i keep trying? I am also pretty good friends with his best friend so i could ask him go see if he knows anything...
