High lipase in breastmilk

Anyone on here have high lipase in their breastmilk? I thawed mine out from January and it smelled and tasted metallic to me and soured my husband. I asked a lactation consultant about it and they said it’s perfectly fine to give the baby but I just don’t feel comfortable giving it to her...
