Is something wrong or what is it

Woke up to my stomach hurting feeling tight like a ball and my back was hurting so bad. It went on for 10 to 15 minutes then felt like I was gonna puke and went to the bathroom and had diarrhea it started to come again and got back in bed and has died down for now at least. Need help or advise

So it was just the baby balling up and something had to give. So after using the restroom and going I was fine and the baby is just running out of room and finding all kinds of ways. Thank you all for responding to my post I was scared something was wrong.
