2 week long period??

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been regular. My cycle was 33 days long and my period would last 5 days. Everything was like clockwork. But for about 2-3 months... my periods have been so weird.

Now my cycle is anywhere from 43-47 days long and my period goes on for 12 or more days. I’m currently on my 14th day of this months period. Should I be concerned? Should I contact my doctor? This 2 week period stuff doesn’t sound normal, definitely not normal for me. But I’m not sure if it could mean something else. I haven’t had any cramps like I normally would and I haven’t noticed any clotting either. Some advice would be great!
