Possibly pregnant?

I have no idea if I'm pregnat yet or not. I'm only 6dpo and I am getting stabbing pain in my right breast. I've researched and I can't find anywhere that says it may be PMS.

I used to get that before I got my period sometimes. I didn't get that before I found out I was pregnant though, just tender nipples!

I get horrible breast pain a week or more before my period.  But it was also my first symptom of my first pregnancy.

I feel like I'm just making up symptoms sometimes.. Part of me wants this to be a pregnancy but the other half hopes that it is my period.. My boyfriend and I are not in the right situation right now to raise a child so that's why I hope I'm not. But if I am this baby will be a blessing and be very loved
