16mm follicle at cycle day 11

I’ve been TTC for 2 years! 2 failed IUI and 1 IVF. My problem is poor egg quality. I switched doctors recently due to many reasons, but basically, I had my cycle day 11 ultrasound and physical yesterday to restart all the preliminary tests with the new doctor. I had a 16 mm follicle, and my doctor said I would ovulate in the next few days. I’m shocked because I’ve never had a follicle that large so early. I usually ovulate around cycle day 16-18 and my cycles are usually ~30-32 days. Has this ever happened to anyone after failed IVF cycle? I definitely don’t want to get excited about this but just curious what others think. Thank you! Baby dust to you all!
