Salt cured ham rolls..
So I’m having my gender reveal party tomorrow and my mom got salt cured ham for ham rolls. I know you’re not supposed to eat deli meats unless heated until steaming hot but I was wondering if I can eat salt cured ham rolls? I have been craving salt this pregnancy and I need to know if it’s safe for me and my baby or not. Thank you in advance and sorry if it seems like a stupid question.
