What Do I Do?

So I'm 36 and I know I'm starting late but I've been trying for the past few, ok maybe five or six months to conceive and no luck. By me being the age that I am do I continue to have hope or do I give up on trying all together because it's getting stressful?

I’m 36 tried for 4. No luck. My cousin at 28 took 8 months. With no issues. So it’s hard. It’s only a 20% chance per month. Everyone is different but to be honest you have NOT been trying that long compared to some. Long is a year. They say. 
Your old enough to get Blood work. Get it done. It’s a few times a month. Egg quality and reserve, estrogen, progesterone....etc
How long is your cycle? Mine is 31 but randomly It goes to 35. But I ovulate and have all the right tests in good standing. Not PCOS. 
Have sex every other day. 
Have your husband get checked if it doesn’t work after 6 months. 
Read taking charge of your fertility. Very good book. Helps with cervical fluid knowledge etc.

Getting pregnant in your 30s takes longer than in your 20s (in general if you look at the stats). You just have to put the time in!

Im 32 and it took me 10 months to get pregnant this time, with my first i was 20 and got pregnant on the pill and had her when i was 21 and with my second i was 26 when i had her and got pregnant the first try. I can tell that alot of things changed when i hit 30 and didn't realize my fertility was one of those  things, 2 weeks before i found out i was pregnant i went to see my ob and he told me if i wasn't pregnant in 2 months they would help me and run tests on my boyfriend but my body decided to do it on its own.
