Concerned

So I found out I am pregnant at 5w3 days from my obgyn two weeks ago. Prior to this news, I had deep cleaning for dental care which required numbing injection (I would've been 2weeks pregnant). How much of this will affect the baby??? I'm freaking out. Had I known I was pregnant I would not have done it 😳 This will be our third baby and totally unplanned. We were just getting settled as a family of 4 with our 5 months old and 3 years old.
