Folic and prenatals? (5 weeks)

Hey! So I haven't gotten a solid appointment yet with an OB (military insurance lol) but I was wondering if I should be taking Folic with my Prenatals? And if so how much? Thanks so much!! Prayers this is a healthy baby!

Yes start taking them. The earlier the better especially since you're so early. I use vita fusion gummies, & you take two a day& they're actually really good!

I take 500mg of folic acid a day but i dont take pregnancy vitamins
