Popping noise when I pee!?

Every time I sit down to pee or get ready to push out to pee I feel/hear  this popping sound  and feeling it inside. No idea what it is, it's really weird. I'm 36&4 and it's been doing this the last week. Anyone have any ideas? I go Tuesday for my OB apts so I'll ask then. But anyone know anything now?

I get that too! It happens as soon as you relax your bladder to pee/or have already started peeing, and you feel a "pop" in the bladder. Some are more painful than others. It didn't happen with my first pregnancy but it did happen with my second and now it's starting to happen again with this pregnancy (my third). I never asked about it or looked it up online to see what it is, but I know exactly the feeling you are talking about! I am just about 33 weeks, so I expect it to start happening more often at any point now.

I had this with all my pregnancies. I asked my doctor and he said it was probably my bladder collapsing from the pressure and "clapping" together. He said as long as there wasn't a gush of fluid after the pop, it's fine (that's if you're not due yet)
