Do you wear sport bras? Heat and moisture can get trapped and not help the situation. I get a bit of acne there and it’s usually if I leave sweaty workout clothes on or something similar. 🤔

Castor oil. Hold a hot rag to the spot, then remove the rag & apply castor oil  and let it sit for about 10 mins then wipe it off with the hot rag. Worked wonders for me

Sometimes going bra less helps! Like when staying at home and your not going out I went bra less it helped a lot
