Inner thigh swelling?

Since yesterday, every time I stand, my inner thighs are pressed up against each other much tighter than usual. It feels like I’m holding a balloon in between my legs. Is this leg swelling? Did baby drop? Is anyone else feeling this? FTM and everything seems like something at this point 😂

I had that about a week ago it was from my swelling thank god 😂 I took off work and have been able to rest my feet up and it completely went away!
