Opk's don't work for all women with PCOS. The only way to see if they will work for you is to try them. I started using them everyday after my period ended. If you get tons of positives then they wont work for you. I was fortunate enough that they work for me. I get my positive on days 20 and 21, my cycle is 35 days. I also do cm and cervical position/firmness.

BBT. It’s a pain, but the only real way for me to confirm ovulation. I use OPKs but after 7 months I’ve only gotten 1 positive on them.
