Had a pos opk cd12/13 today it's neg do I take it as I've ovulated now ?

Your FIRST pos. OPK tells you that you MIGHT ovulate within the next 12-72 hours! Regardless if you get more than 1 pos. OPK in a row. It doesn't matter. Your LH surge lasts as long as you get pos. OPK - and this surge is different for all womans. Some get their surge only for 4 hours, some for 4 days.... It doesn't matter! Your time frame for ovulating starts with your FIRST pos. OPK. If you need to know when you've ovulated or IF you ovulate: you need to do BBT or blood work!
