Does anyone know?

I had a m/c 5 weeks ago and came up with 3 positive pregnancy test this week. 
When I called vitaline they told me either it's from the m/c or I'm pregnant. The doctors had told me my levels went back to 0. After the m/c. I haven't throw up like I did with my other pregnancies but I've felt sick and sensitive to some smells. I'm sore all over and always tired. I am calling the obgyn today but could just really be pregnant again this soon?

Yes! I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and was pregnant again straight after. My daughter is now almost 6 months old!

If you miscarried 5 weeks ago I would say that your levels probably got back down to zero, esp since the docs confirmed it. You could def be pregnant again. Our bodies are so amazing, they usually ovulate again right away. If you got positive tests I would go see the doc to confirm with a blood test.

As the doc's you have told that your levels were back to '0' - you should be pregnant again.
