Glow says my most fertile day was yesterday but the two days before that was when i had ewcm? What day should I count as first dpo

I would count 15 days from the first day of your last period if you have a regular cycle. I went to the doctor Friday for my yearly and told the doctor my app said my fertile window ended the day before, they then told me to count 15 days so I did and it was that day. When they did my pap they said I was ovulating. Hope this helps and baby dust to you!
