Non Toxic Crib Mattress came with P65 Warning?

I purchased the Pure Core Non Toxic Crib Mattress from Babyletto. The website states its free from toxins and chemicals. It is also rated highly for safety and materials. However when we opened it up it came with this warning.

From what I understand it's required in California to to have this warning on anything that may have harmful toxins. I have also herd California has gone overboard with the P65 warning law, even coffee now carries the warning. Babyletto states it doesn't meet the requirements to not carry the warning because it does not screen for all 700 chemicals. I'm very confused as this mattress comes highly reccomend and tops many lists in terms of safety and materials I did alor of research before purchasing. Has anyone else purchased this mattress? If you live in California how serious is this warning label? I'm assuming I would need to purchase a 100 percent organic mattress to avoid all possible toxins?
