How much does your 2 month old eat?

Question

For everyone who feeds their baby expressed breast milk, how many oz do you give your 2 month old? (About every 2 hours)
I'm asking because I've always heard that you're supposed to feed them when they're hungry and keep feeding until they're full. So I've been doing that since my son was born. He was born preemie and started out eating the normal amount but after 2 months he started wanting 6 oz every 2 hours. At his 2 months check up, the doctor said that was too much and he needed to be cut down to 4. So I listened, but he never seems satisfied!
My dad said that he also used to do the on demand feeding technique with my sisters and I and never had an issue. I guess I'm just wondering if my doctor may be wrong? I've known of plenty of chubbier babies that grow to be healthy and normal toddlers.

My little one will be 2 months on Friday. She is eating about 3-4 oz every 2 hours. On the rare occasion she'll only take 2 or she'll take 5oz.

My baby is six weeks and eats between 3-6oz roughly every three hours. Less time than that and he wants less noms. More time than that and he sometimes does hit six oz.

My baby boy was eating 5 oz every 2 hours at 2 months . The doctors told me the same thing , that it’s way to much. I also had to take him to the emergency room twice because of over feeding, it caused him to cough and breathe badly. But he was always so hungry. I try entertaining him until 3 hours. Now he’s 4 months and weight 20 pounds. I got a really big boy. But I believe it’s cause of his daddy, I’m still feeling him 5 oz every 2 and half hours sometimes I can get him to 3 hours

My baby eats 4oz every 3hrs, he has since 2 months(he was a preemie) he's 8 months now and still usually follows that schedule then sleeps the night 😊

6 ounces every 2 hours is A LOT. My son eats 4-6 ounces every 4-6 hours. He’s 10 weeks. I mean every baby eat differently but he’s getting too many calories eating that much that often.
