Question please help!!

I had been on Tri-Sprintec pills for a little over two years and we have recently stopped taking them about a month ago to be exact tomorrow will be a month. I am currently on my period now for about three days. My husband and I are TTC #3 how long should it take till we get pregnant? This #3 for me and #1 for him, but if you were to ask him yourself he would say it was his #3 as well!! I am a C-Section mommy I'm very excited, but as all I am very nervous and already scared to have another C-Section.
