TTC first child, I'm a fairly active person by nature (running 3-4x week & strength training 1-2× week) but I know you're supposed to scale it back while TTC. My doc is super conservative and said no running or bouncing activities and no lifting over 10 lbs. I'm curious how much other people have scaled back and how you keep sane during this stressful process since exercise was my go to before.
