CDL DRIVERS LIFESTYLE

My husband wants to get his cdl. He wants me to go with him when starts. We have no kids, only a dog. But I’m really scared to do this. Should we ? I’m going to miss my family.. he says he wants to make good money to be able to get our house and not struggle anymore. Any advice? How’s their lifestyle ?
