4 week old poops all the time

She has probably 8 + poopy diapers a day. As soon as I get her in a clean one she poops within 10 mins. I try to keep up changing her but its almost impossible. I have tried to change her before feeds. Between feeds and even after. It doesn't matter. The result has led to a diaper rash starting. I have used destin, butt paste, a&d but it keeps coming back. I bounce between huggies and Pampers but not much is helping it get better but not worse either.

Is it normal to have so many poopy diapers at 4 weeks ? Thanks! Ftm
