I don’t have an OB

So I know I don’t have an OB at all but I took a test this morning and it came back positive. I live in Greenville Sc and was going to this place near an OB that is literally a little yellow house and they do your first ultrasound for free and give you the paperwork for an OB but the last time I went there I had a bad experience and miscarried that night after having the ultrasound. I have no idea what to do but everyone I ask says to just go there and then see an OB. What would you ladies suggest
