Severe pelvic pain after sex?😔

I was having sex last night and maybe about 10 minutes in I started having bad pelvic pain, like sharp uterus pain. He was going pretty rough and hard and I do get slight pains when he does that usually but this time it was so bad. I even began to get nauseous from the pain but I fell asleep so some of the pain subsided. It’s been a day and im feeling better but it still feels like some pressure and bloating, kinda gassy. I have no idea what happened, there’s nothing we did out of the ordinary. I took a plan b last week so maybe it had something to do with that? Also my period is due in about a week and I’ve been having light cramps
