What do you ladies think??!!

I am 8 days away from expecting AF and yesterday I experienced light spotting of light brown/pinkish red watery discharge. I've had some cramping over the last week in my lower abdomen and pelvic area. I've noticed I've been tired a lot and my breasts are now really sore and my boyfriend said they feel and look bigger. Could I be pregnant? We haven't been careful at all.
