Splitting the fees of a weekend cabin rental between 4 people, but 2 of the 4 is a couple?
My friends and I are going on a trip in a few weeks. One friend is bringing her husband. I asked how were we splitting the cost of the cabin, because I didn’t know what was to be expected on splitting with a couple. So there will be 4 of us total, 2 singles and 1 couple. I assumed we’d split it by 4, but my friend whose husband is coming said it’s fair to split by 3, instead of 4. Thoughts.
