worried about possible pregnancy

I have been on birth control for a while and 2 weeks ago i had sex for the first time with my boyfriend. we used a condom. Is there any chance i could be pregnant. maybe it is just me overthinking and stressing about it but i’ve been bloated, i’ve had these weird cramps, and i was supposed to get my period yesterday. I am also on accutane medicine for my face and with that medicine you can absolutely not get pregnant so i have to take a pregnancy test at my dermatologist, i’m worried it will come back positive and my mom would get called because i am only 17. can anyone give me any advice?!
