Yeast infection?

What should I get to treat a infection? I have Vagisal but that only minimizes the itching and id really like this to go away. I haven’t seen a doctor. I’ve never had a yeast infection but I don’t know what else it could be. I have itchiness down there. Just recently, it hurt to have sex, and it started to burn when I peed. I think it’s a UTI or a yeast infection but I’ve never been itchy when I have UTIs. Any suggestions??
