HCG levels

So i just found out I'm pregnant. Not sure how far along I am. But has been confronted with blood test. I haven't been able to get a hold of my doctor so that he can explain my HCG levels to me. But within 2 days by HCG levels went from 173 to 535? I'm just wondering if I'm progressing well ?
