Pre-eclampsia? Am i overthinking?

For starters I'm 38 weeks and was in L&D exactly a week ago for swelling, (hands, face, and feet) headaches, and irregular contractions. I've had a headache everyday since, I woke up yesterday nauseous, and the contractions had gotten stronger but still irregular. Well I woke up this morning with severe upper abdominal pain, same contractions, nausea, headache, and shortness of breath. My doctor keeps getting L&D to send me home. With my BP being 154/104 i figured they would worry. What do I do?

Do you know your doctors hours? You could go at a time they’re not there and be seen by someone else?

You definitely have preeclampsia. I was just diagnosed last week and was monitored for days and put on medication. I am being induced next week due to the swelling and my high BP. You have to be very careful. My pressure was 140/95 and they worried. Keep us updated!

Sounds like you are indeed heading that way. I was induced at 37w6d with a BP of 190/110. Wishing you the best.

Or I would even go to a different er to try and get better care If possible that’s dangerous to you and baby as an RN you can have placental abruption and stuff like this from lettting that bp run on high like that please get checked elsewhere hun. Good luck !
